Apothica Teas and Eric Gingerich are hosting the first milonga in Niles, MI, on Saturday, September 27th, in the upstairs ballroom. This is your opportunity to have a really special night out (think: fancy, like you're going to the ball of the century) while supporting a local business and a growing tango community. A signficant portion of the entry fee will go to Apothica Teas. The rest will help support Eric as he returns to Cuba this Fall/Winter to further his dance education. The best way to support us is to purchase the full package, and if you can, please do so in advance (venmo.com/u/EricGingerich): Full package - $50 This includes: -a one-hour workshop on a fundamental element of Argentine tango, taught by Eric Gingerich. As always, this will be new-dancer friendly and will aim to give more experienced dancers something different to chew on as well. This starts at 5pm. -exquisite sweet and savory nibbles & treats and tea & lemonade, prepared and served by the staff of Apothica Teas.
