Join Erin from Expressions Dance Academy for weekly adult Contemporary dance Apothica! This adaptive multi-level class is suitable for beginners and seasoned dancers. Contemporary dance is a more expressive style of dance compared to ballet. The choreography is based on song lyrics and emotions. Tickets are $15 on Eventbrite with discount packages available in person. This event takes place in The Great Hall above Apothica Teas. You can access the space by finding the door to the left of our main door. This door will take you upstairs. Once you get upstairs, turn left. It's the last room on the left. Want more fun? Come earlier at 6:30pm for adult ballet! Ages 18+ but we can make exceptions for those 16+ at our discretion with a parental waiver. All dance classes at Apothica are dance-at-your-own-risk. Apothica, Erin, and Expressions Dance assume no liability for accidents and injuries. Please notify the teacher of any pain, injuries, or limitations for safe adaptations. Attire: exercise clothes you won't trip on. Socks helpful for some spins, but not required.
