PATH connects participants with community mental health services, substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, job training, education services, housing services, and more. More info at brbh.org/housing.
Who Is Eligible?
Adults with serious mental illness who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless (Ex: adults who are sleeping outside, in a community shelter, in a vehicle, or facing eviction)
PATH is not able to assist minors or adults with dependents in their custody/care.
