In addition, we are thrilled to welcome Oni Onigiri, a pop-up from Baton Rouge specializing in onigiri and Japanese street food. Co-founded by chefs Shawn Cao and Riley Dunaway, Oni promises to deliver authentic Japanese flavors following their successful debut at Nola Nite. Plus, EM’s Bakery will be back at Miel with their scrumptious Japanese cheesecakes, available by the slice or as whole cakes, alongside treats like strudels and milk loaves.
