Little Explorers: "Science in the Kitchen!"
Mix, stir, taste, and discover during our two-day Little Explorers Learn & Play Group! Children ages 3–5 and their caregiver are invited to explore the science behind everyday foods through fun, hands-on kitchen activities.
Join us for one day or both as we cook, create, and learn together!
Tuesday, July 28 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Make your own Gummy Bear treats while exploring how ingredients mix, blend, and transform into a tasty snack!
Thursday, July 30 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Discover the amazing world of corn! Learn about sweet corn, kettle corn, popcorn, cornbread, and more through engaging activities celebrating this summertime favorite.
Location: LCCAP Exploration & Innovation Station
1745 Frew Mill Road, Building 7
Cost: $15 for one day or $20 for both days
(Includes snack and all materials)
Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome!
