Who will be crowned the Mushroom Champion?
Join us for The Great Shroom Showdown at the Cornwall Farmers Market on Wednesday, July 15!
Watch Rob's Kitchen Caravan, Town Supervisor Josh Wojehowski, and Holy Shiitake battle it out in a delicious mushroom cook-off beginning at 12 PM, with judging at 1 PM.
Stick around after the competition and, for a minimum $5 donation, sample all of the mushroom creations—not just the judges' entries! You'll also enjoy cooking tips, recipes, storage advice, and learn about the health benefits of mushrooms from Holy Shiitake and Rob's Kitchen Caravan.
Every dollar raised supports the Hudson Highlands Nature Center's education programs and the care of its animal ambassadors.
