Penn's Tavern Paddle: Tuesday Tunes! (Live music on the deck)

Appalachian Kayak presents the Penn’s Tavern Paddle. Kayak to the beautiful and historic Penn’s Tavern Restaurant and enjoy live music, a cold drink and delicious food!
Where: Penn’s Tavern Restaurant, 113 River Rd, Route 147 Sunbury, PA 17801
When: 2:00 Tuesday July 14th
There will be two runs each day, 9:00am and 1:30pm.
We will meet at Penn’s Tavern at 8:45 or 1:15. Please park at the south end of the lot. If you are just getting shuttle service, I will help you load your boat on my trailer. We will drive up-river to Shady Nook and you will float back down. It is 4.5 miles. Rental includes boat, paddle, life vest and orientation.
PLEASE MAKE A DINNER RESERVATION FOR THE TAVERN if you plan to eat there. It fills quickly. Tuesday Tunes is very popular.
PLEASE be in the van ready to depart the tavern at 2:00.
Pricing: $55 Single 3-hr Rental* $90 Tandem 3-hr Rental* $20 Shuttle Only (for your kayak or canoe)
The maximum number of participants is 12.
* The length of time you are on the water depends on wind, current and how much you paddle. You may have the boat for up to 3 hours. This trip can easily be done in less than that. Please take a watch or a phone.
