Our gatherings are designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and into a deeper state of calm, clarity, and connection through meditative sound journeys. Some events are intimate and restorative, while others are larger immersive experiences designed to help you fully drop into relaxation and reflection. Whether you are brand new to meditation or already have a wellness practice, we are so excited to have you! This group is hosted by Judith Cunningham, Sound Healer and 2x author, and Ashley Johnson, hypnotherapist and event/retreat creator.We look forward to sharing space with you.
