Meditation & Floating Sound Bath at FFC Pool

As the sun sets and the pool grows quiet, immerse yourself in a 20 minute guided meditation followed by the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to promote deep relaxation and mindfulness. Participants may choose to float peacefully in the pool on a raft or lounge comfortably poolside on a yoga mat or towel, whatever feels most relaxing to you.
This gentle, meditative experience is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and enjoy a peaceful summer evening in a beautiful outdoor setting. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
