Details:
The non-profit organization RCOZ is hosting a support group for South Asian women to talk, connect, and feel less alone. Whether you’re dealing with stress, family pressure, feeling overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to—you’re welcome here. You don’t need a diagnosis or any experience with therapy. Just come as you are. The group will meet the first Thursday of each month and is peer-led, grounded in shared understanding and mutual support. The mission of RCOZ is: To raise awareness and build acceptance of mental health issues among South Asians through storytelling and community dialogue with experts - so people seek help before it's too late. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests. An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) business days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org
