Join us at Fremont Main Library for a fun, family-friendly animal show with NorCal Bats! Learn all about bats at this live presentation! Learn about the bats that live in California (maybe even in your backyard) , the myths surrounding bats, why they are beneficial to nature, and see a live bat up close! Please note that the audience will not be allowed to touch or handle the bats, but may view them. Space is limited. Free tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be handed out 15 minutes before the program begins. All members of your party must be in line to receive a ticket. Tickets will be distributed outside in the breezeway to the right of the main entrance . AC Library invites everyone to participate in our 2026 Summer Adventure. Complete activities, reading, and more to receive a book gift and prize drawing entries. Start building your own Summer Adventure June 1 at any AC library location (including our mobile library stops) and online at aclibrary.org/summer. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
