Join us for "Building the Foundations of Mindful Eating," a 14-week course inspired by Jan Chozen Bays' book "Mindful Eating." In an intimate small group setting, we will read, reflect, and practice the principles of mindfulness and mindful eating through all the senses. Each week will focus on a different aspect of mindful eating based on Bays' teachings, complemented by group reflections, mindful movement, and silent meals to apply what we learn. This cumulative learning experience will enhance our insights week by week, and registration will close just before the first session. Come learn together and deepen your mindful eating practice!
