Slow Flow Yoga With Gail TaylorThursdays: 10am-11amOR Thursdays: 6:30 - 7:30pm • • • Each class is a separate registration • Spring Dates: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25A vinyasa class where students challenge their own limits and engage in an individual exploration of their physical capacity to move through poses. All are welcome to attend this class and each student is encouraged to work through guided sequences at his or her own pace. We keep the structure of the class accessible for those newer to yoga but offer variations to engage and challenge more seasoned practitioners. Please bring yoga mat. Other equipment supplied, some weeks light weights will be used to help with bone maintenance and development. Gail has been teaching yoga for 20 years and holds several certifications.
