UF/IFAS Extension Duval County

UF/IFAS Extension Duval County is a partnership between the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS), the City of Jacksonville, and the United States Department of Agriculture. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life in Jacksonville by providing research-based education and practical, usable information to the public. They offer outreach in agriculture, family and consumer sciences, and 4-H youth development, as well as services related to lawns, gardens, pest management, and natural resources. They aim to help individuals improve their lives through knowledge application, economic security, environmental care, and leadership skills.
