BOLD Moves Leadership Challenge 2026
First, BOLD Moves Crew Leaders will participate in a fun five day interactive student leadership challenge with the Belmont Office of Leadership Development (BOLD). Team Leaders and Crew Leaders will be introduced to the five practices of exemplary leadership and will focus on the first practice- Model the Way from The Student Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner.
Next, BOLD Moves Team Leaders and Crew Leaders will be trained by Residence Life to help lead the way for upperclassmen to move in on campus. It's radical leadership and radical service!
