The Maynard Public Library, established in 1881, serves the residents of Maynard, Massachusetts, by providing access to educational, cultural, recreational, and informational resources for all ages. The library offers programs for children and adults, access to electronic resources, and meeting rooms for town organizations. It also provides services such as computers, printing, copying, faxing, interlibrary loans, and a local history collection. The Friends of the Maynard Public Library is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the library's collections, programs, and services, including museum passes and the Maynard Book Festival. The library is part of the Minuteman Library Network and is currently located at 77 Nason Street in a building formerly occupied by Roosevelt Elementary School, which was renovated and reopened as the library in 2006.
