Program Highlights: Live demonstration using liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze ice cream A look at the science behind temperature and texture Each participant receives one serving of freshly made ice cream (variety of flavors) Location: Outdoor grounds at Brookline Community Church (2 Main St, Brookline, NH), weather permitting. Weather Notice: In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, the event will be held inside the church.
