Idaho Crop Spotlight: Apples

Join us for the Idaho Crop Spotlight: Apples workshop, presented by the Owyhee County Extension. This informative session covers the best apple varieties for our region, optimal planting times, and sources for certified seed. Participants will also learn about harvesting and curing techniques, as well as various preservation methods including pickling, dehydrating, and canning.
