304 North Street, Nacogdoches, TX
Saturday, June 13, 2026
Open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Just one block from the heart of the Texas Blueberry Festival, the Durst Taylor Historic House and Gardens invites families to stop by for blueberry themed crafts, local history, and a relaxing place to take a break during the festival. Visitors can enjoy hands on activities while exploring one of the oldest standing structures in Nacogdoches.
Guests are also welcome to step inside the historic barn to cool off, rest in the shade, and enjoy seating and cold water throughout the day.
Explore the early nineteenth century home, heritage gardens, smokehouse, and blacksmith shop while learning about the lives of early Texas settlers who once called the property home.
Admission and crafts are free while supplies last. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to rest or a fun family activity during the festival, we invite you to make the Durst Taylor House part of your Texas Blueberry Festival experience.
