Load-In Begins: 9:30 AM

Load-In Cutoff: 10:30 AM (All show vehicles must be in place by then!)

Festival & Show Activities Begin: 11:00 AM

Awards Presentation: Approximately 6:00 PM (Time may vary slightly based on the event schedule.)
