Iron Fish Distillery, Michigan’s inaugural farm distillery established in 2016, merges agriculture and spirit production along the picturesque Betsie River watershed. This MAEAP-certified destillery brings over 100,000 visitors annually to its revitalized 120-acre farm. Every step of our soil-to-spirit process unfolds on-site, from growing our own grain to expertly distilling and barrel aging.
