Spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon in the kitchen creating a beautiful collection of fresh, seasonal desserts in our Summer Sweets class.
In this hands-on baking experience, you’ll learn a variety of pastry techniques while preparing four delicious desserts that highlight the bright flavors of summer. From buttery tartlets and classic shortcakes to silky chocolate mousse and tangy key lime pies, this menu is the perfect balance of fresh, light, and indulgent.
We’ll keep the afternoon easy, social, and fun with a prepared charcuterie board to snack on while we bake. At the end of class, each guest will package up their desserts to take home and enjoy later… if they make it that far.
