The Guardian Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery located in Muncie, Indiana, at the MadJax MakerSpace. Founded in 2015 by two brothers-in-law, it began with a passion for brewing in a garage and has grown into a community-focused establishment. They offer a wide range of craft beers, including unique styles and seasonal varieties, and are known for their commitment to quality ingredients. In addition to beer, they feature The Guardian Pizza Kitchen, serving pizzas with beer-based sauce and vegan-friendly dough.
