Virtual WORKSHOP Thursday, June 11th 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST Belonging is often misunderstood as a cultural aspiration rather than a business lever. In today’s competitive and unpredictable environment, leaders who understand how authenticity and belonging influence measurable outcomes are outperforming those who rely solely on technical expertise and operational efficiency. Grounded in psychological safety research and real organizational data, participants will examine how environments where people feel seen, heard, welcomed, and valued consistently outperform compliance-based cultures. Attendees will walk away with a practical framework to audit their own organizational culture through a business lens. Rather than framing belonging as a “soft skill,” this workshop positions it as a strategic driver of productivity, accountability, and long-term return on investment. . Learning Objectives Explain the connection between authenticity, belonging, and measurable business outcomes, including retention, engagement, internal promotion rates, and innovation. Identify leadership behaviors that strengthen psychological safety and contribute to environments where employees feel seen, heard, welcomed, and valued. Evaluate your current organizational culture through a business lens, recognizing where belonging is driving performance and where gaps may be impacting results. Apply a practical framework to begin auditing their leadership practices and team culture, identifying one or two strategic actions that can strengthen accountability, trust, and long-term organizational performance.
