In-Person 2 Hour PICKLEBALL WORKSHOP See • Read • Move • Play Great leaders are calm under pressure. In this interactive pickleball-based leadership experience, participants will explore a unique system and philosophy that will enhance their leadership habits. Using beginner-friendly pickleball activities, partner challenges, and guided reflection, participants will experience the emotions and dynamics that naturally emerge when people step outside their comfort zones. The focus is not athletic performance, but rather how individuals respond to mistakes, feedback, pressure, encouragement, and collaboration in real time. This session creates an experiential learning environment where participants are encouraged to ask questions, stay curious, and reflect on how they lead themselves and others during unfamiliar situations. Through movement, conversation, and shared challenges, participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how adaptability, curiosity, and teamwork influence leadership both on and off the court. No pickleball experience is necessary, only a willingness to learn, engage, and try something new. Participants will also be given 30 minutes of play time after the workshop experience.
