The Muncie Public Library Board of Trustees will meet to conduct library business. All meetings are free and open to the public. When necessary, the MPL House & Finance Committee and Personnel Committee will meet. All meetings will be publicized as required by Indiana State Code 5-14-1.5 (Open Door Law) .
