Diabetes Support Group

Outpatient dietician and Diabetes Educator Jennifer Toth of St. Luke's University Health Network facilitates this Diabetes Support Group for patients and families or friends with diabetes. This support group is open to all, you do not have to be a patient within the St. Luke's network. Whether you have diabetes, are pre-diabetic, or care for someone with diabetes, you are invited to join the conversations. The Diabetes Support Group sessions are held after-hours at the library, so you can openly share with the group but know that your conversations are private to the group.
