Details:
Join us for "Chop, Stir, Serve," a hands-on cooking class designed for kids ages 8 and up. Participants will enhance their cooking skills by preparing a complete dinner from scratch, learning essential techniques such as safe chopping and basic cooking methods, as well as proper table setting. Families are invited to return at 6:30 p.m. to share and enjoy the delicious meal created by the young chefs, with up to two additional guests per participant. Cooking sessions will take place on the following dates: May 5th (Nachos & Black Bean Salsa), June 2nd (Spaghetti & Ragu), July 7th (Sloppy Joes with Red, White, and Blue Fruit Salad), and August 4th (TBD). This fun and tasty experience at The Bloomsburg Children’s Museum Discovery Corner, located at Mulberry Mills Apartments (160 W. 6th Street), is a great way to build confidence in the kitchen while creating lasting memories.
