Details:
Join the Story Excavators Camp this summer, where students in grades 2–5 (ages 7–10) can step into history and uncover captivating stories! This immersive camp invites young explorers to delve into the past through engaging books, hands-on activities, and creative discovery. Each week, campers will focus on different historical themes, ranging from ancient artifacts and fossils to the founding of America. They will create field journals, build timelines, and enjoy activities such as excavation simulations, storytelling, and group cooking. Special guest presenters from Seeds of the Future will enhance the experience during the last three sessions. As the nation approaches the 250th anniversary of America, campers will reflect on 1776 and envision the future they will help shape. Perfect for curious kids who love to explore and ask big questions! Registration is required and limited to 10 students. For more details, visit: tinyurl.com/story-excavator-camp
