Our goal is to help you learn to care for yourself, naturally. As women, we don’t like to ask for help. Rarely do we take care of ourselves. We try but we are so busy caring for our families, running businesses, trying to keep up with friends, etc. we get caught up and forget or maybe even run out of time. But you can’t pour from an empty cup. So, I’m here to help you learn to relax and take some of the weight off. That heavy energy you carry around from past trauma stays with you. It manifests as stress and tension leaving you feeling unlike yourself. As a reiki master, I can help rid you of the heaviness by helping to balance and cleanse your chakras.
