Details:
With guidance from Battle Lake-based artist Kathrine McDowell from The Crafty Otter Art Studio, participants crush, melt, and mold old crayons into usable works of art to foster creative reuse and environmental awareness.
This drop-in artmaking program is for kids, teens, and adults of all ages interested in repurposing crayons. Stop in anytime from 12:00 noon-3:00 pm to take part in the activities!
This program is sponsored by Glenwood Public Library and Viking Library System, funded in part or in whole with monies from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
