It’s Happening! The largest hiring event in Copperas Cove, TX, is back, bigger and better. The 2nd Annual Copperas Cove Regional Hiring Event, hosted by the Copperas Cove EDC in collaboration with the Texas Veterans Commission and Workforce Solutions of Central Texas on July 30th, 2025, at the Copperas Cove Civic Center. This event is part of the Hire Cove initiative started in June of 2023, aiming to empower job seekers by providing direct insight into high-wage, in-demand occupations within our region and connecting employers with skilled, eager talent. Our goal is to bridge the gap between local employers and job seekers through workforce development initiatives that result in a skilled and qualified talent pool for businesses in Cove and the surrounding area.
