This event is designed to offer you a safe space to be your authentic self while co-creating a sense of belonging, ease, joy, and connection with your local community. Each session includes a warm-up, meditation or wellness-related guidance, a 20-minute meditation, and an open sharing circle led by meditation teacher Eric Bale. Content may include singing, movement, wellness talks, book excerpts, seated meditation, walking meditation, and more. No experience needed. Free.
