Operation Catapult @ Rose Hulman Institute of Technology (Terre Haute) - Session 2

It's an exciting summer camp experience full of science, engineering and math awesomeness, with STEM opportunities that allow high school juniors or seniors to reach into robotics, or do cool things like brew biodiesel or make a machine from scratch. Ready to learn more? Check out this video and get more information below. Our goal - beyond stimulating your brain, of course - is to: Integrate and supplement your previous learning. Explore fundamental scientific and engineering principles and systems. Provide an opportunity for group living in a campus setting. What will you have to show for your time on the Rose-Hulman campus? How about college credits? By completing Operation Catapult, you'll have a jump on your college credits! Finishing Catapult means you'll receive two hours of free elective credits when you attend Rose-Hulman! Living on a college campus and meeting students from across the country (and world)! A once-in-a-lifetime experience! What else can you expect? To set up and run advanced experiments Interaction with dedicated professors A chance to see what engineering and the physical sciences are really all about To use every bit of learning and ingenuity you've absorbed in 11 years of school To have a blast the whole time you're doing it! Who Can Attend For students currently in grades 10-11. A 12-day program that lets you experience college life, meet new friends, dive into STEM projects and basically have a blast using all the knowledge you've gained in school. Notes: Girl Scouts, be sure to list that you are affiliated with Girl Scouts of Central Indiana on your application. While the application deadline is April 20, 2026, there are a limited number of scholarships available, so be sure to apply early.
