Babysitting Certification Class presented by American Red Cross

Are you ready to become a top-notch babysitter? Our in-person training course teaches essential knowledge and skills to handle a wide range of childcare scenarios with ease and confidence. Whether it's engaging children in fun activities or preventing accidents and managing emergencies, you will learn everything you need to become the best babysitter around. Registration is required. Ages 12 – 16. Please bring lunch. In order to attend the Babysitting Certification Class, American Red Cross requires the participant's name and a personal email address. For participants under 17 years of age, the email address provided must belong to a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must also sign a waiver authorizing Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) , to share the minor’s name and their email address with American Red Cross for class registration and communication purposes. American Red Cross Waiver One slot per participant: Please register for only one session so that others can attend the program. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration so that others can participate.
