Meet The Shepherd’s Hand Executive Director Miriam Renteria
The Shepherd’s Hand is a Christian nonprofit organization serving individuals experiencing homelessness and economic hardship in Montrose. Miriam has been a member of the Montrose community for 27 years and is driven by compassion, faith, and commitment to helping those in need. The Shepherd’s Hand provides practical support, resources, and hope to vulnerable individuals and families.
Join the Forum on Wednesday, June 24th, 8:00-9:00 am, to hear about services provided: meals, clothing, showers, laundry services, housing assistance, employment support, and community-based solutions to help move people toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Each week, The Forum hosts a speaker who shares a topic of interest to the community. The forum is free and open to all who are interested in Montrose. The Forum meets on Wednesdays (except during major holiday weeks) at Colorado Mesa University – Montrose, in Cascade Hall, south of the Montrose Library, at the corner of S 3rd Street and S Cascade Ave.
