The Montrose Community Band’s most popular concert returns with a special anniversary theme that blends music, history, and community during its annual patriotic performance.
More than two decades after its founding, the Montrose Community Band continues to bring together students, retirees, former band directors, military musicians, and community members who simply love to play.
This year’s concert carries special significance. The program celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 150th anniversary of Colorado, themes woven throughout the afternoon’s selections. We have chosen songs that exemplify the patriotism, grandeur, and history of our wonderful country. Read more about the concert!
