A fun, low-impact barre cardio class mixing ballet-inspired moves, full-body strength, and light cardio for a total-body workout. We’ll start with standing flows, move into focused barre work for strength and balance, and finish with core. Optional cardio bursts are offered, with easy modifications—no dance experience required. Bring your own 2-5 lb dumbbells and yoga mat; all other equipment is provided.
