Gentle yoga helps to develop awareness of body and breath and promotes flexibility and proper alignment. Postures are practiced at a slower pace and in a calm, relaxing environment. Suitable for beginners and advanced students.
Let's get moving this summer! This program is designed to accompany the Fitness Walking program on Wednesdays from 9:00am-10:00am in community parks around Williamsport. Check out the calendar for all dates and meeting locations. Please register for both programs.
