Enjoy a delicious farm-to-table dinner surrounded by the beautiful blooms of Descanso’s Rose Garden.
The Garden Table is Descanso Gardens’ monthly dining series featuring seasonal, chef-curated menus inspired by California’s local produce.
This month’s menu is a collaboration between acclaimed French chef Alain Giraud and farmer Peter Schaner of Schaner Family Farms.
Guests will enjoy the flavors of summer at their peak, from passed bites of squash blossom with ricotta and cherry tomato to refreshing melon gazpacho with lime and mint.
Seasonal ingredients from local farms shine throughout the evening in a multi-course dining experience featuring vibrant salads, fresh seafood, savory entrées, dessert, and a thoughtfully curated selection of wines.
Located in the Rose Garden.
