Details:
Tai chi is an art of relaxation, focus, and balance.
It emphasizes the coordination of breath and body movement to enhance energy flow, promote blood circulation, and improve body awareness.
The practice helps increase flexibility and supports overall physical and mental well-being.
This class will begin with qigong as a warm-up exercise, followed by step-by-step instruction for each tai chi form.
$20 members, $25 non-members. Advance registration required. Registration opens to members on May 5 at 10am to non-members on May 11 at 10am. Register here.
Meets on the Main Lawn.
This program is generously funded, in part, by Perenchio Foundation.
