Details:
Black Creatives Circle of North Louisiana (BCCNL) of North Louisiana is seeking professional artists to beautify our community by transforming traffic utility boxes into public artworks around Monroe city. Selected artists will collaborate with art students and gather meaningful input from the community to bring each piece to life.
This project is guided by Digital Artist, muralist, and BCCNL Board Member, Brandon Virgil, Sr. and Vitus Shell, BCCNL President. It is funded by Heron's on the Bayou Give Back Grant, and Mayor Friday Ellis and the City of Monroe.
