The Berkeley County Library System offers resources, informational materials, and access to essential services, such as the Internet, workstations, laptops, hotspots, printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and more, to help people prepare and recover from a disaster.

Berkeley County Government has released its 2026 Hurricane Guide, available in three different languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The Berkeley County Hurricane Guide includes information on hurricane risks, preparedness tips, evacuation routes, the County’s Citizen Call Line, and more.

It was created and published by the Berkeley County Emergency Management Department and the Berkeley County Public Information Office.

All three translations of the Berkeley County Hurricane Guide are currently available online at www.berkeleycountysc.gov.

Printed copies will be available for pickup in the Front Lobby of the Berkeley County Administration Building, located at 1003 Highway 52 in Moncks Corner, and all Berkeley County Library branches.
