This session of Iron Teens will focus on Strength and Conditioning for Basketball and Volleyball. Our certified instructor will focus on injury prevention, workouts to improve performance, building endurance, agility and vertical jump. This is the perfect class for off season training or to give teens some experience in the weight room beyond our Youth Orientation. You do not have to be a volleyball or basketball player to join the class! 4 Week Series: YMCA Members $40 Non Members $70
