Fort Bend County Libraries' Missouri City Branch Library opened in June 1992, the first of the four new branches built with funds voted for in the 1989 bond election. The mission of Fort Bend County Libraries is to bring people, information and ideas together to enrich lives, expand minds, and strengthen our community.
