Summer Camp - Fortnite Designer: Game Development with UEFN

Join us for an exciting Summer Camp that offers two unique tracks: Fortnite Game Development with UEFN and Cyber Defenders with Minecraft & Roblox. In the Fortnite segment, students will transition from player to creator by mastering UEFN, Epic Games' innovative tool for designing and building games within Fortnite. They will explore game design techniques, import assets, add gameplay mechanics, and collaborate with fellow creators to publish their games.

Simultaneously, the Cyber Defenders track combines Minecraft: Education Edition and Roblox Studio to provide a comprehensive introduction to both cybersecurity and game design. Students will learn crucial skills such as identifying phishing scams and understanding malware while developing their game design abilities through scripting and 3D modeling. Campers will engage in creative projects, including creating an interactive "Capture The Flag" multiplayer game. This camp is designed to inspire and equip students with valuable skills in technology and gaming.
