Agentic AI Strategies and Applications

Cohort 2: September 1-24, 2026 with live sessions from Noon to 1:30pm ET every Tuesday and Thursday. No asynchronous material outside of the live class sessions. While live attendance is recommended, it is not required as the live sessions will be recorded and made available after each session. You will need to complete a quiz after each session which will require you to have attended live or watched the recording in order to pass. You will be given multiple attempts per quiz and your highest score is kept. Delivery: Fully online. Live sessions held via Zoom at scheduled times. Live sessions will be recorded if you cannot attend during the scheduled time. Program Format: Approximately 12 hours total, delivered over 4 weeks. Each week includes two live, instructor-led 90-minute sessions with an auto-graded quiz after each live session. Kelley faculty and industry experts will lead you through real-world business cases, simulations, and hands-on low/no-code exercises as you build the ability to identify opportunities, develop agentic workflows, and evaluate outcomes based on business impact. Agentic AI Strategies and Applications is designed to equip you with practical skills to immediately improve productivity using AI. This program focuses on autonomous AI agents—systems that can take goals, break them into steps, use tools, and get work executed with minimal human intervention. The program begins with essential foundations in modern AI and foundation models (including large language models that power agentic workflows) , presented in an accessible way for non-technical professionals. From there, you will learn to map workflows, select the right tools, and translate complex problems into structured agentic solutions.
