The 23rd annual Dances at the Lake Festival, presented by the Ray Terrill Dance Group, offers two FREE concerts at the Rose Garden at Lake Harriet. Enjoy diverse dance performances by professional and youth companies from the Twin Cities, all in a picturesque setting. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and snacks to savor the lively atmosphere.
Afterward, immerse yourself in the wonders of the universe at the Hot Magma Summer Star Party. Set outside with telescopes for deep space viewing (weather permitting) and enjoy hands-on activities focused on volcanoes and Earth's history. Inside the planetarium, take a guided tour of otherworldly volcanoes within our solar system. Registration is encouraged for updates, but note that it does not include planetarium show tickets, which can be obtained at the event. Enjoy a day filled with dance, science, and cosmic discovery!
