Details:
You've probably seen researchers collecting samples at Carpenter's Park and wondered: "What's going on out there?"
Join us for a public open house!
Thanks to a grant from the Pensacola & Perdido Bays Estuary Program and research support from the University of West Florida, our project partners have been studying the environmental health, history, and future of Carpenter's Park and the surrounding Blackwater River watershed.
Come meet the team, view interactive displays, ask questions, and learn what they've discovered so far.
City Hall | 6738 Dixon Street
June 24, 2026

(And yes, this is what all those people with sample bottles, survey equipment, and clipboards have been doing.)
