The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host Sip, Sizzle and Preserve on June 18 in Lindale. The cost of the class is $25 and registration is available by calling the AgriLife Extension office in Smith County at 903-590-2980. Deadline to register is June 11. The class will be presented by AgriLife Extension agents Lindsey Yeager and Amy Smith-Shively. Participants will learn about mocktails, backyard grilling and home food preservation.
